  1. I am looking for Bob Harper’s Jumpstart to Skinny grocery list for all three weeks. I have the book – hoping to find the grocery list and where to buy some of the exercise equipment.

      Hi Rob! If you check out the beginning of each week’s worth of recipes, Bob lists the things you should buy and prepare ahead of time to make meal time a little easier. That’s as close to a shopping list as I can give you. As for exercise equipment, most of the things he uses are inexpensive and available most places. I’ve been able to manage at home with a couple of 5 pound weights, a yoga mat (because I have hardwood floors, not carpet), and a resistance band tied to the door knob. You can find all of those things anywhere. Wal-Mart, Target, you name it. Also, keep a look out for used equipment at thrift stores and second-hand places. You might come across a bargain.
